If I recall it right, Dan Dierdorf said these words after Reed’s 2nd TD in Miami 1991: “The Dolphins are being filleted.”

In the lounge at college, someone had put up a sign saying, “Fillet Da Fish,” before we got together. When Dierdorf said those words, the whole lounge erupted in applause.

Yeah, around 2000 or 01. Denver cut him. He must have went to Washington after that, but I am not sure.

he tried out with the Broncos? I know he ended his career with Washington.

I liked Andre Reed. He was an excellent WR. The man could play.

I wished it would have worked out with the Broncos at the end of his career, but I guess he was getting too old. I would have liked to see him play a year with them.

Both Andre Reed and Cris Carter deserve to be in the Hall Of Fame.

    Andre Reed = Bills Legend

Reed should be in the HOF. The guy was a pure athlete. Unlike say, Cris Carter he was more then a deep threat. The guy could catch a ball in stride and run all the way for the TD. Most of his receptions and TDs had him going up the middle or going up the middle and running for the TD himself.
